When I was little, I carried a tiny pink digital camera everywhere, capturing anything that felt magical. My passion for photography grew in high school when I borrowed a professional camera to photograph my brother’s Marine boot camp graduation at Parris Island. I saved every dollar, bought my first camera, and never looked back.

I spent my last years of high school and early college photographing friends and family, and in 2018 I connected with a wedding photographer in Asheville. I spent the summer of 2019 assisting and second shooting weddings, learning the rhythm, emotion, and beauty of wedding days. That experience sparked something deep in me and eventually led me to start Creations by Carra.

Now, I’m here to make sure your wedding day is captured beautifully, filled with emotion, and remembered for a lifetime. My goal is to tell your story with care, warmth, and intention, so you can relive these moments for years to come.
